3. Factory construction

1. First phase of construction

Midea fully acquires the existing original site factory, including 25,000 ㎡Land and 5,184 ㎡Buildings (including complex buildings, Class A warehouses, etc.). First phase put into productionPCBA Three-proof paint, epoxy glue, PUR Mature products such as structural adhesives, light-curing environmentally friendly circuit boards and screen adhesives.

2.Second phase construction

Utilize remaining 6,000 ㎡8,000 new buildings on vacant land ㎡Factories and warehouses, new Class A and B production workshops and warehouses are used for robots, smart cars, mobile phones and other communication equipment, and special resins and packaging materials for smart manufacturing equipment.

4. Core product matrix

PCBA conformal paint: Apply to 5G/Consumer electronics circuit board protection, an alternative to US 3 M、 German Henkel and other international brands.  

Semiconductor encapsulant: used forPCBA packaging, LED Solid crystal, breaking overseas technology monopoly.

PUR hot melt glue: High value-added industrial adhesive, suitable for automotive electronics and precision assembly.  

New energy battery materials: It is equipped with lithium battery packaging and charging pile insulation to serve the needs of leading companies such as CATL.
